"ITC Mughal is a good hotel and close to the Taj Mahal and other tourist attractions. The hotel is a little dates with signs of wear and tear in our room suite. The spa treatments are very good - our therapist Stella was excellent! Would recommend overall at its price point."

"Very clean and spacious hotel. Very near to the Taj Mahal. Quick check in. Food choice of breakfast apart from bread & bakery section. Their Cocktail bar well stocked, Very helpful and friendly staff at the Palato buffet Restaurant. Had dinner at their Daawat-E- Nawab Indian Restaurant. Good choice of Food and even had our favourite Malai Kulfi in the dessert section At the second visit Food and Beverage came to have a chat and gave us complimentary dessert platter which was delicious . Were very impressed with Restaurant Staff. Chefs came to greet us on our departure. Only regret they could not meet our special request due to miscommunication but rectified with food and beverage discount bill. Overall good stay. Highly recommended"

"Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property."

"Great mid to upper scale hotel. Definitely get a room with a view of the Taj Mahal where you would normally pay a ridiculous amount for elsewhere. The staff were fantastic, they were extremely kind and helpful. My suggestion is to tip in the same amount you would in your own country, and be as respectful as they are and as you would be back home. Thank you Radisson Agra."

"Very helpful staff, “all” of the hotel team nothing was too much trouble for them. Location was great. I visit for work location of the hotel perfect for my needed. Also noted conveniently positioned to take advantage of the must see sites in Agra while also positively being able to see the daily life of the residents of the city first hand as well you can really see the day to day hustle and bustle of the city."
