Hotel Plaza location is good, very close to the Taj Mahal, which was our reason for the 1 night stay. Their rooftop bar and restaurant was really good, we had a nice dinner with live music. We didn't like our room, bathroom was outdated and disgusting, bathroom looked like museum piece, all rusty, couldn't see your face. Room size was good, cleanness was ok but bedding looked old and bed was uncomfortable. Ok for overnight stay, especially if your main reason is to visit Taj Mahal. Thanks

The hotel is old & smells stuffy. Some areas like lobby & rooms are fine but bathrooms are outdated & old. Looks like some portions are renovated or painted but other areas are neglected & brings the hotel down. The gym is outdated & in poor condition. The breakfast buffet was good.

My room was not ready the way i wanted it had checked in came to the room and went back to reception to ask for the beds to to split up in twin. I had requested this during my booking. Had to wait another 40min for the rooms to be rearranged

House keeper of the hotel at night is a thief.

At around 2 AM in the morning i got a sound in the door . I got up and came near the door . I saw the door is open but guard lock is there so the thief trying to open the guard lock . after sensing I got up he went away. after sometime he came again and opened the main lock again because he had the master key of the room so he opend the lock but again trying to open the guard lock with his finger. At that I saw him and opened the door . He tried to went away but when I called him he came back and told me that some light is not working that is why he tried to open the door. I did want to make noise at that time because my family was with me. In the morning I complained at the front desk after that I left and I am not sure whether they have taken any action or not. So I ask all not to stay at the hotel where house keepers are thieves. In expedia it shows as a 4 star hotel but I think it should be a horrible hotel.

The hotel was nice. We stayed in a family room and asked for an extra pillow for my daughter who was on a fold away bed and they said they could not give us one, we had to use one from the bed in the room. This was disappointing as all the other hotels we had stayed in previously on this trip had been accommodating with this. The shower facilities were very good - nice and hot at all times of the day. Breakfast was nice and had a range of foods to choose from. Overall, a good stay.
