"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était gentil et attentionné. Les chambres sont un peu petites pour un 5 étoiles. J'aurais aimé un sofa, plus confortable que 2 chaises et la douche devrait être rénovée, car l'eau coulait sur le plancher. La nourriture était bonne, quoique redondante. L'hôtel est bien situé, belle plage et très apprécié pouvoir prendre de longues marches."

"Hotel is quite a distance from Heraklion town. There is a daily bus, Monday to Saturday only. Fares are reasonable. Approx 4 Euros per person. On the 9am service you must come back on the 2pm bus. The second service is 2:45pm you are able to get to town, but are responsible for finding your way back to hotel after this. Taxi fare is approximately 40 euros. The hotel scenery is good. As it is a village style, there is a handy mini bus that can take you to and from the various amenities. Recommend sea view rooms and all inclusive package. Dining room - Spacious and clean with plenty of delicious food options. Found staff were friendly, approachable and super helpful. If you get the opportunity to visit the a la carte restaurant which is above the main dining area, there is a good menu and service in this restaurant is excellent. I would stay here again at some point in the future."

"We have just returned from a wonderful week here, a really amazing hotel, food and service is outstanding as are the facilities, it’s a really well run hotel with lots of experienced staff making a great team. The room was great, had a retreat garden room with hot tub and fire pit, would recommend it. The housekeeping was fantastic. Will recommend and hope to return sometime soon"
