Stayed at NIKO for a long weekend in mid October - we had the BEST weather (sunny and warm but not too hot) and really enjoyed our time there. The views are just stunning (definitely recommend sea-view rooms). Great service and attention to detail. Breakfast buffet is excellent and all hotel staff from reception to bar/restaurant are incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks in particular to Manos, the night receptionist for being so helpful and welcoming when I arrived so early in the morning!

Nearly beachfront property
Nice resort across the street from a beach where you can swim in the Mediterranean or just relax in a lounge chair. 5-10 minute walk to town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Stayed 2 nights it included a breakfast buffet by the pool each morning views were fantastic and food was alright. It’s a big buffet so hard to have super fresh. Room it’s was comfortable and quiet.

Love it can't wait to return
Room was very clean, lovely amenities, felt very luxurious. Delicious food, musicians at breakfast even! Would highly recommend it to all.
Only low score was for eco-friendliness because we have no idea about their environmental considerations, and we were regularly served plastic straws wrapped individually in more plastic, and with Crete being windy the straws and wrappers were flying littering everywhere.

The hotel was excellent, the views are amazing and the saxophonist at breakfast was a great touch, it really made the vibe exclusive and chill.
The only negative is that the breakfast was a bit dull, not a lot of choices, no fish, very few cheeses

Really wonderful infinity pool and plunge pool overlooking the sea. Only comment is they should have towels available by the pool. The bathroom is small and not private from the room.

Lovely property with lovely stuff and wonderful facilities. The half board may be worth skipping as €100 goes a long way at the town centre just down the street.

This hotel is fantastic. The design is superb, maximising on the wonderful sea views. The adults only element means that you really can enjoy some peace and relaxation, while having all the benefits of Agios Nikolaos town centre just 7 minutes walk away. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and all of the staff were so helpful and welcoming. We will come again!

Lovely Respite, Even in a Heat Wave!
This is a lovely hotel with a great location, a good range of services and absolutely exceptional customer service. They were most accommodating to every need or question. My only ding is that I had to work a bit while there, and they don't have rooms with computer-friendly desks. Not an issue for most vacationers, but it was a problem for me. Scheduled another stay for next year!

Everything was ok, except Room service. I ordered some drinks, waited approx 2 hours(!) , called them twice to remind and never got my order. That was fantastic experience )
