"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room. The location feels pretty isolated too. The host, Katerina, was very friendly and helpful; she always responded to my questions promptly and provided helpful answers. We cancelled reservations to eat at their restaurants and regretted almost every meal we had outside of this hotel. Georgi is brilliant when it comes to wine pairing and food choices.
