"The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade. This was followed by 3 fake information: There is no earlier email from reservation department of Domes Hotel that...

"We had a lovely stay. Great facilities and we had a room with a lovely view of the bay and marina. The private beach was perfect and the bar had a good choice of mocktails. The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back."

Si je dois proposer des améliorations, ce serait de moderniser la petite salle de sport et de penser à la planète en ne changeant pas systématiquement les serviettes et en mettant des gobelets lavables plutôt que des verres en plastique."

"We loved this property. It’s a serene and tranquil base with a very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our little one loved the kids club that was full of creative activities and the staff there kept the kids engaged. Plenty to do for adults, gym, aqua gym, yoga , tennis, paddle. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and was clean. It only had instant coffee in the room and my husband was disappointed with that, but not a huge deal. Now the only real complaint was there was a sewer smell both inside the building and outside in the beach area. It came and went, so at least it wasn’t a constant. We never asked about it, but someone had mentioned that it is common. It didn’t ruin our stay, but worth noting as it is a bit off putting. The...
