"The room was very clean. The lady who booked us in was very helpful and even got up early to give us our breakfast on a Sunday morning. The nearest restaurant is a drive away but the location was incredibly quiet. Recommended"

"Had to wait at reception for staff to appear! Rang bell 3 times. Knocked on door marked private. Called out. Phoned property, rang in front of me - no one answered. Sent message. Finally someone arrived from one of the hallways but passed us and went into breakfast room with out saying anything. Then came back out to check us in. No apologies. Also we paid for breakfast but next morning my husband was very sick, had been up all night vomiting, so I had breakfast alone and did not get refunded for my husbands breakfast! "

"We came for a second visit as we wanted to stay in the house which we had booked. We were given an outside property. Perfectly clean etc. one of the other reasons for returning was how well treated we were by the host. Our breakfast was delightful and served by the host from our previous visit."
