"We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful place. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s an excellent choice especially for families with children, it’s amazing place to enjoy calm surroundings from the crowded Marrakesh.
We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again."

We had the most amazing night at We Agafay with our 11 year old daughter. The tent was spotless and warm on a chilly night. The organised camel ride at sunset was a highlight and the camels looked very well and healthy. The evening dinner and entertainment was brilliant especially the talented musicians and the brave fire performers. A particular shout out to Yassim for making us so welcome and ensuring our stay was one to remember. Thank you so much xx Jo, Queenie and Neil x

Pool rooms, gardens and pool beautiful. Whole place amazing. . Staff could not do enough for you. Dont hesitate to book.
Use hotel shuttle but make sure you get confirmation and and instructions of pick BEFORE you fly as wi-fi or esim provider could let you down on arrival. Using hotel shuttle was still the best

We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious.
The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay.
The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices.

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. Wow what a beautiful place . From our first day we were made so very welcome by Ibrahim and all of the other staff , nothing was too much for them . The hotel is so interesting and comfortable too , very clean . So interesting to find out the history of the building too . We eat breakfast each morning which we really enjoyed , a great start to each day . I couldn’t recommend this Riad more . I would definitely go back again if I ever find myself in Marrakesh. Many thanks to everyone for making...

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room.
A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!!

We wouldn’t usually go to Marrakech in July and the temperature was 38-42 Celsius!
However the bedroom air con and availability of parasols by the pool made it enjoyable to relax. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. English is a third language but mixed with our schoolbook French we managed just fine.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. We were contacted after booking, which was a lovely touch, and we chose this riad based on repeat-guest reviews — now we know why.

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude.
Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.
