"Terribly dirty. Booked this room based on positive reviews, but I think those must be made by the hotel. Overall carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Put room was ok, but bathroom had hair on toilet and stains on wall/door. The water in bathroom ran clear but the kitchenette water was so murky I thought my kids were playing a prank. Staff seemed to not be concerned. We booked with a bottle of wine guaranteed and did not receive it. Cookies that were raved about were inedible. Breakfast as ok. Pool will accolade one family at a time. Really unsure what all the positive reviews are based on, if we received an off room the staff had zero inclination to fix it. "

The kids had a fun time each evening in the indoor pool with lots of towels available to use. Would definitely recommend. "
