Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! "

"Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data. "

"I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "
