Very happy with our choice in this hotel. Excellent suite and location. Right around the corner from Rundle St where you have lots of choice in restaurants and bars. Nice and quiet here though.

Clean room and good location. Wish I had brought my own pillow along, but the rooms were comfortable. The beds were large and firm. Lovely bath and ability to watch TV from the tub! We had issues with Netflix not connecting but concierge helped us identify there was a cable not connected in back of TV. Pleasant stay and lovely little hotel.

Great location to enjoy the Illuminations of North Terrace, Rymill Park, Botanical Gardens and Zoo, as well as dinisg options around Rundle Street and East Terrace. Very clean, comfoy bed, and plenty of hot water with good shower pressure.

Property is getting a bit old, in need of renovation. Bed was soft, and we could feel every time the other one moved. Bathroom sink is absurdly designed - you can barely fit your hands under the tap, due to the placement of basin and tap. Bathroom sliding door was rickety and came off its track repeatedly. Overhead lighting was harsh and institutional. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped, eg no knife for chopping. Staff were lovely, and the location is superb. But it's all a bit tired.

Very reasonably priced and well located hotel. We found our room on the 5th floor well appointed and adequately maintained. The room on Frome St was quiet and only a short to Rundle Mall shopping, tram and loads of restaurants. Would recommend for travellers looking for a good hotel in a good location that is not over priced.

Great location, good price, friendly staff. Great sized room, still modern enough and clean. Only improvement would be a better shower head which was small and a little calcified. Will be back however as always enjoy staying here when in town
