This is not a 5 star hotel - perhaps 2 star at best needs complete renovation. That said bed clean and pool was good. I paid very little for the room so good value overall. I found all staff pleasant although they forgot my wake up call!

Its very tired property although its in progress of renewal customers should know. For a Ctiy break its ideal but need to be Clean. Corridors were TERRIBLE Toilet was Terrible in my room White towels gone grey.

I have stayed at this property previously and am finding now it seems to be going downhill. The old staff have gone and the new staff don’t seem that friendly. We were however given a suite this time which was value for what we paid but carpets were terribly stained and room not cleaned properly. Breakfast has also gone downhill.

Bettlacken dreckig -WC Bad dreckig - Klimaanlage kühlt nicht - minibar nicht an - Restaurant komische Gerüche - Poolbar nicht Auf Anfrage über Expedia neues Zimmer bekommen- Zimmer war größer aber das war auch alles - Dieses Mal kamen auch komische Gerüche aus der Klimaanlage - das war der Grund auszuchecken Die Dame bei Expedia hat versucht, das wir unser Geld zurück bekommen - doch die Managerin ist nicht Kundenorientiert. Sofort bei einem anderen Hotel Zimmer gebucht - Unterschied ist extrem - Super Empfang - Nette und aufmerksame Bedienung - Zimmer 1a - Restaurant 1a - minibar 1a - Tut euch selber einen Gefallen, falls ihr euren Aufenthalt ohne stres genießen wollt, dann meidet Sürmeli!
