It served my one overnight stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable room, clean bed & bathroom, l enjoyed the lovely breakfast ( fresh fruit and tasty omelet with a hot mug of tea), however, l was disappointed that TV wasn’t working. Good stay overall, but a bit of walk from the main road to the hotel.

My Stay at Beauty Hotel

I had an amazing stay . Staff was friendly, courteous and exhibited a high degree of professionalism . They were always willing to cater to my needs . I was especially elated when the Owner , Ms. Beauty , and her chef Caroline , came to my room to wish me a safe journey . I have nothing but admiration for the entire staff and promised to stay in touch ! I would certainly revisit there !

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I chose this facility because of pricing and the fact that it has a restaurant. The hotel facilities are clean and functional. The only hotel complaint I have is that the mattress was hard! I've never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress in my life! But the room was clean and everything was in working condition. The restaurant is another story. The end!!

Beauty Hotel is a nice hotel, offering good services in the area of accommodation and diming at a reasonable price. There should be more varieties on their TV Channels .

My only reason for booking this hotel was to try and support a woman, and the Amazing and lovely ladies that work there however : Unfortunately this out of all hotels I been to and out of any countries I been to was a nightmare in comparison. To keep it brief, I had to suggest the owners to get a door bell because out of my 2 weeks stay I had to get through the holes of the bigger main gate, if that was not present and if I wasn't flexible I would have probably had to wait several hours, because it's not 24/7 front desk. Finally, I never waited long for food to be prepared from restaurants or food serving companies, however on this occasion at this hotel I actually learnt what hunger may feel like as waiting for long time is what you may have to endure . However the worst of all is that one of their staff members just abused their position and took advantage of my state when I had too many cocktails. I am strongly thinking of escalating to Expedia because I did not feel much remorse from the person that (ab)used me. I was saddened that the owners were more concerned of asking me not to speak out rather than offering actual resolutions or remedies.
