"Didn’t want to accommodate us at all. Very rude manager. I booked a premium room because it had a capacity of 2-3. At the check in they were like the people accompanying are allowed to sleep in the room but use any facilities like the pool and beach. When we tried to address this with the manager he was very condescending and rude"
