The staff here are FANTASTIC. It is a family run business and they are so kind and helpful! The rooms were perfect and we even had a balcony to enjoy sitting on and listening to the afternoon bells.

Zuerst: Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel war nah am Markt mit einigen Restaurants. Und das war auch nötig, da das eigene Restaurant an diesem Tag geschlossen war. Dazu gab es keinen Hinweis. Das Hauptfoto verweist auf ein Spaßbad. Dabei geht man davon aus, das es entweder am Hotel angeschlossen ist, oder wenigstens in der Nähe. Dem ist aber nicht so. Es ist über 10 Gehminuten weg. Das Frühstück war okay. Gern hätte ich mir Optionen wie Rührei, Spiegelei, oder ähnlich Warmteile gegönnt. Gab es aber nicht. Hervorzuheben sind aber unbedingt die Mitarbeiter beim Check in und auch Check out. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

When I arrived in the afternoon, the hotel was locked. It appeared that no one was there. After banging on the door, a concierge appeared. He had a little English. Seeing I was disabled, he put me in a room with a shower facing the restaurant. It was a very nice room even though no AC or fan. About 6am 10 blasts went off outside. I didn't know if they were dynamiting more tunnels or being bombed. It seems we arrived when all the children in the village got confirmed in their religion, so it was a big celebration. And the celebration started outside my window about 10am and went on until after midnight. I can sleep through most noise even the accordion that went on for 4 hours, but smoke from cigarettes came into my open window, so I had to shut it. That night one old man kept talking loudly, and I finally told him to go home. I think he left at 1am. Breakfast is in a beautiful blue and yellow room and quite good. I don't know if it was included in the price or not but I wasn't supposed to be in there until 9am and was told that again by the concierge when I did show up earlier for a cup of tea. The town is lovely; the hotel is pretty and has cafe. It could be a real gem, but instead it was raw clay.
