"This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

"Had a fantastic stay at Aloft Richardson! The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is another huge plus—it’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the surrounding area, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. A big thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
