"My room didn’t have a microwave oven, I thought it was by design but nope. I have booked a separate room for a night and they have oven for that room. No ice machines, you have to call front desk for it and may take a while. "

"The hotel is located downtown so you have access to a few places to eat and drink nearby. Inside is nice and clean and the staff were helpful. You do have to pay an extra $20 per day for parking (underground or limited surface). The breakfast buffet was pretty good, not included however. Had a dinner at the on site restaurant and it was very underwhelming. Chicken avocado club had zero avocado (was given a tablespoon of guacamole when we brought this up to the server). The protein rice bowl wasn't very good either. Had a beer on tap and it tasted like the lines hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. All said, be aware you’re paining an extra $20/day for parking and eat elsewhere. Besides that, it was clean and well maintained."

"The only complaint I have is they do not have hot choco! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. The room is clean, the pool is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful. "

"The carpets are old and dirty. The room wasn’t made up while we were gone, the breakfast was stale and tasteless. The parking is too expensive. The water pressure for the shower is too low. The size of the room was nice. It was nice to have a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close the mall and the casino. Walking distance to everything."

"Not the nicest area of town, but the hotel was clean and quiet and my vehicle didn’t get broken into. It was a win in my books. "

"The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The main room looked like they forgot to vacuum as there was stuff on the carpet. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have had a little more choices but had the basics for a continental breakfast."
