The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours."

"Booked king bed room but was given combined two single bed. Felt cheated.Bathtub side way so moldy. Breakfast was takeaway from out source. Not worth it for Sgd 80 per night. We stay two nights. "

I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me.
