The whole building is clean and staff is very respectful and helpful in assisting us. Bangkok 78 is an amazing place to eat and explore different food and drinks of Bangkok. Staff are helpful, esp the on ground staff and housekeeping staff are really polite. Would def recommend. Gym is a little small for such a big property if you are looking to hit the hotel gym but just all in all highly recommend! "
