"This inn was beautiful. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Even the dog, Alice, warmed up nicely to us. (She stays outside but welcomes you home with a wagging tail). The room was pleasant and the building is solidly built. No mosquitos or ants which was refreshing because most places in Thailand have issues with these pests. "It is close to Patara Elephant Farm. We wanted to stay close. But we did not expect to love Vanilla Hill as much as we did. My husband said winner of best pillows! Staff was wonderful and the restaurant was incredible. We felt like we were home but at the same time in the middle of the local "vibe". I would Highly recommend this establishment."
