7.2 out of 10, Good, (420 reviews)
"I enjoyed my stay at Secret Cliff Resort overall. The staff was awesome—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained.
There were a couple of issues, though. The swimming pool closed at 7:00 PM, which I thought was too early. We also had a problem with the TV. The staff came to the room four different times trying to fix it and eventually replaced the TV, but unfortunately it still didn’t work.
I do appreciate how hard the staff tried to resolve...
