Staff are very nice but unfortunately this place could be so much better .

And don’t know what they are doing

Upstairs was dragging wooden chairs
Across the floor which is unpleasant at 11pm
Easy fix put just buy the pads for the bottoms of chairs .
Fix these problems
And the hotel is a 9.4 "
