"This Hyatt Regency Hotel brand took over the formerly known hotel Novotel. The staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, and kind. The service is exceptional. Some rooms and hallways may need renovations. However, Hyatt Regency recently purchased in February 2025, please be patient as this hotel has potential. They are slowly renovating and improving the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to BKK airport. 24/7 every 10 minutes free shuttle to and from airport to hotel. The staff and is very knowledgeable and will assist with all matters. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
