"Helen, the administrator at customer service desk/lobby was very kind and the most helpful! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly as well. Hotel is right beside the main railway station and the all types of rental car service companies. Location is very good and convenient. The room was very clean and quiet. Pillows and mattresses were all comfortable and clean.Sheets were clean. Somehow, there was no toilet paper for 2 out of the 3 days of stay. Tea and coffee were also missing...

"I stayed at Felix d’Ort in Lyon for two nights. The location is definitely one of its strong points. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the main train station and very close to several supermarkets. There are also a few cafés and restaurants nearby, and you can reach the Garibaldi metro station in around 8 minutes, which makes getting around the city quite easy. "The room was comfortable, he staff very pleasant and helpful. The only down side was the lobby is being renovated so not as nice as it could have been. Still the breakfast was great and the stay delightful."
