"The property definitely needs some updates and TLC. All the kitchen cabinets and appliances are very dated. The master bedroom and bath are the most in need. The shower was gross because the grout was very dirty, and I cringed every time I took a shower. There was a strip of plaster hanging from the ceiling, and the paint was bubbling on the walls. The first morning, our daughter got stuck in the guest bathroom for an hour because the doorknob was stuck. It happened a second time, but...
