"The property was well run with excellent service and cleanliness. It was very quiet as the road to the property was a dead end and finished two kms later. However shopping, cafes etc were at least 4 km from the hotel, but staff provided a free drop-off and pick up service"

"The simple was simple but we knew this when booking and it was great for a cheap-ish one night after exploring Yao Noi. The room was clean and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Receptionist was helpful booking taxis but wasn’t able to help with much more than this when we wanted to book a tour so you’re best booking that yourself beforehand. "I cannot say enough about this property. The food was the best I ever had and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had 2 spa treatments and I wanted to take the cook and the masseuse home with me. Nancy coordinated all my transportation. She was terrific. I felt at home"

"This was such a lovely stay, strong AC, beautiful bathroom, fresh towels, and comfy bed/pillows which is so hard to find in Thailand for an affordable price!! Our host was amazing, dinner next door is delicious, 711 is right there, shopping, etc. Do yourself a favor and rent a scooter so you can cruise 5-10 minutes to all the beautiful beaches! THANK YOU!! The staff were extremely accommodating and willing to assist in making our stay as comfortable as possible. I’d recommend getting a car if you’re staying here multiple nights as it’s difficult/expensive to get a taxi or grab from the location."

"A true gem- it’s a little distant from “town” but after spending a night in town the previous night, I’d take the distance and unique setting over being in town any day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staying here feels like a breath of fresh air and was very enjoyable."
