"Attending a function in Perth this week, we stayed at the Ibis Hotel on Murray, as we usually do. In our room we encountered 3 examples of poor maintenance. 1) the shower drain was blocked and very slow to drain, 2) the inner bathroom door handle was broken, i.e., door could not be opened, in which case one could become trapped inside, and 3) the bar fridge had turned into a "deep freeze," i.e., the milk for coffee was frozen! All of these items are indicative of poor maintenance, below usual...

"Met expectations for a 3.5 star hotel. Some things about the hotel are odd/inconvenient like not all of the free to air channels are available, the room has storage but no drawers whatsoever and there is no laundry service available."

"A convenient hotel in a quiet street walkable from downtown. Lobby, restaurant and bar were nice. Rooms s little small and old, need some tlc. Bathroom is very small, and some seniors with knee problems would struggle! "
