"Very great experience staying with friends. Very convience location by tube from airport and walkable distance to different attractions. The most memorable experience was the staff who helping me to sort out my sky express check in and telling me that things would be all right. He helped me to make the call to figure out the online check in issue. Much appreciated "

"The hotel is clean. Cozy. Just what u need. Good staff. Great breakfast . As an expedia platinum member we got a free room upgrade in addition to 2 bottles of wine. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on arrival and our room was ready around 1. Pm and they kept it until 1 p.m on check out. I liked the hotel and will be visiting it again soon.."
