"The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. "

"This is a great spot! It’s located on the West Bank, away from the hustle and bustle.
We used the transfer service the hotel offered which was on-time and very reasonably priced.
The hotel itself is super! Immaculate! They have a pool, bar area where they serve beer, wine and some spirits. The restaurant was very good as well. They have pizza and burgers, if that’s your liking. We went for the set menu offer which included local mezze, soup, a main (Egyptian or International), and a dessert....

"We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Luxor, run by the warm and welcoming Mohammed. The highlight has to be the rooftop lounge — the views overlooking the Valley of the Kings are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset.
The food was delicious, with a great selection that kept us coming back for every meal. The staff were genuinely lovely — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with tips for exploring the area.

"Not safe for travelers. The manager is not a professional. At 5pm on Feb 22 Sunday, he banged on my door, in a hoodie, without identifying himself. He demanded $25 for airport tranfer. Then I realized this was the manager, one Bahaa. I asked him if that was him, and offered my hand. He merely said $25 dollars. The room itself is clean but very shabby. The linens are ragged.
