Once we arrived, we fell in love with the place; the view from the room was breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for relaxing while getting lost in the landscape. "The stay in Isara made our holiday in Khao Lak very memorable. The quality of customer service and sincere hospitality that far exceeded most 5 star hotels. Andy and Benz had gone out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care off during the stay. The property is near beaches and good restaurants, mini marts and one of the best Thai tea stall. They provide shuttle service to town and places of interest which saved us a lot on taxi fare. "It is set up in a jungle it is very relaxing to stay. The beach is front is cleaned but needs cleaning. There are sun chairs but need maintenance The gardens are nice but need better maintenance. The bongolows are spacious with good showers but need repainting. The all place needs DIY and upgrading. "

"A true gem- it’s a little distant from “town” but after spending a night in town the previous night, I’d take the distance and unique setting over being in town any day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staying here feels like a breath of fresh air and was very enjoyable."
