"Very nice hotel"

"Smart hotel; it has everything one needs including rubber bands! Very comfortable stay, will try other APA hotels in future. "

"Clean, quiet and close to the station. Property is a little dated, but for the price I have no complaints."

"A newest, cleanest, roomy hotel. A great breakfast buffett."

"Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Great staff"

"This ryokan was beautiful. We stayed in a refurbished room with a shower and balcony, which was modern and clean, though a bit small for two people and two suitcases. The front staff member was decent with English and everyone was very accommodating. Note that this ryokan accepts luggage forwarding, and parking is ~1000yen per night."

"Comfortable room in an excellent central location"

"Great location and room very big with a beautiful view on the city and mountains."

"朝食が美味しかった"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."

"One of the few hotels in Tottori City that has parking on site. We enjoyed the city view and centric location, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was delicious and included local dishes. I would definitely come back again."

"great onsen hotel"

"Clean, quiet hotel. The most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable."

"The hotel is in a great location. Although it does not have its own car park, there is a nearby parking facility less than 50 metres away, which the hotel helps to manage. The staff member spoke very little English but was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing night's sleep after a long drive of more than five hours from Osaka Airport and a visit to the Tottori Sand Dunes. The hotel is also conveniently located near Nadai Sasa Sushi, a...

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. The only downside to staging here is that it is a 15 min walk from the main town, but we didn’t mind it, and they provide a shuttle throughout the day for your convenience. Overall had a great...

"The hotel was in an excellent location - very convenient to downtown, train station, restaurants in Tottori - and was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot spring bath was great "

"This was our last night away and we had a great night, the room had a hot tub on the balcony facing the beach it was lovely. We also had a tatami room and king size bed which was very comfortable. Fantastic spot."
