"The property was spotless. The room was a lot smaller than we imagined, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. I recommend this place for a quick visit, otherwise you’d feel cramped with two people. The common area didn’t feel inviting, just two desks and a kitchen with no seating area. I would prefer a couch instead or at least some chairs for the kitchen island, so that there is somewhere else to spend some time, because in the bedrooms there’s just a bed and the little kitchen is a step...
"This was a nice space but could do with a bit more attention and better appliances and furniture. Nothing that can’t be improved. It was in a very nice neighborhood and cafes and restaurants were easily accessible by foot. "

Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.
Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"
