The location is very good. Sit next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it is still pretty quiet inside. We arrived earlier but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in with a charge. The room is big but it looks pretty old inside like stains/scratches on the desk, rusty holes of the tub, etc.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. special points to mention: I have never had a quieter hotel room, even the AC was a type that I've never seen before, it was super quiet, you could only guess because the air temp would change. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful. Great hotel, looking forward to come back again!

Always love staying here. So useful for Heathrow express and plenty to do in the evening. Breakfast is excellent and there are more restaurants and bars walking distance. No car park and actually getting a car there is tough so best to take train
