Zushi Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Staining and splashes all over the walls. Particularly in the bathroom. Floor was dirty and dusty. I just overall felt the room wasn’t very clean

Good for families or larger groups. The staff seemed annoyed when we were trying to gather our bags in the lobby area to load them into our taxi. It took a couple of extra minutes with all our luggage. We checked out and they looked at us with frustration until we finally left. There was nobody else there, we were being quiet, and even our kids were waiting patiently. I don't know what their problem was. Additionally, they had a bingo game for kids (Mark X if you eat sushi, or speak Japanese, or visit this shrine, etc). Both my little girls proudly completed it and handed it in thinking they would get a prize. The woman at the front desk inspected their sheets and asked for proof of each of them. I'm not one to take videos and pictures of every little thing so I showed her what I had... She got very technical and denied the kids. It was made for kids and they were being stingy. We found it to be over the top and absolutely ridiculous.

The property is great and convenient. It is in a quiet area of Tokyo. The staff is very attentive and courteous. We loved it.

Service was top notch. Location is the best. Walking distances to restaurants and shops. There’s in hotel restaurants and 7/11.
