"Our room (402?) smelled heavily like stale cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk and they assured me that the rooms were smoke free, and offered to move me to a different room and comp a few drinks at the lobby bar. I was only staying one night so I toughed it out. Everything else was great, from the staff to the bar, to the restaurant. Also, I had two rooms booked for family reasons- and the other room did not smell at all- so I believe ours was from the last tenant prior to us."

"They had a room that was big and comfortable enough for our family of 5 adults. They were the only hotel we stayed at during the heat wave that offered free cold water bottles and fans in the rooms. They even brought extra fans upon request. Thank you for helping to make us more comfortable during our stay. Also, this hotel was extremely convenient for train travelers, close to the airport, and had restaurants close enough to walk to."
