Poor Quality Hotel, Stay Away from this One

Stay Away from this hotel. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel, not the 5-star listed here. There is no air conditioning to speak of, rooms were at best at 27 degrees C at night. The staff is wonderfully polite though, but would be good if they would not lie about not being able to fix the air conditioning and rooms not being ready -- when the rooms actually were ready. Overall, a poor quality hotel and no reason to stay here if you have other choices.

Déja pas de service porter / voiturier etc à l’arrivée 20h, room 2 lits réserve par erreur, changement en king en downgrading de 21 â 15m2 sans récompense ni geste commercial. Pour le service il y a mieux pas loin. Si non, placement idéal pour tout activité. Parking sur place(!) et excellent petit déjeuner.

Booked a one night stay-cation and used the room during the day as part of a bachelorette celebration. The staff went over and above in providing extra refreshments for the celebration and was very accommodating to my requests.

Nice service but rooms need help

The bathroom was so small my husband literally couldn’t use the facilities without very awkward positioning. The air was broken and we couldn’t adjust the heat down, which made it impossible to sleep at night, and since it was below freezing at night, was too cold to open the window to cool down the room. Employees are excellent though.

Good hotel with a great location

Nice stay with friendly staff, always happy to give directions or recommend restaurants. Location is great with easy access to shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll away from the lake.

Com uma no localização, logo na chegada você é recebido por funcionários solícitos e sorridentes, prontos para ajudar. Os quartos limpos possuem várias tomadas. O café da manhã é impecável, contando com um atendimento excelente (no segundo dia o garçom lembra suas preferências). O único viés é o preço do estacionamento (CH 45,00 por noite), mas isso não é uma exclusividade do Hotel, a cidade inteira é assim.

We booked a junior suite. The room was clean and comfortable enough but we were surprised to find the furniture and the bed head in a very worn and tatty condition. This is unacceptable at any price but at CHF620 per night is very poor. We won’t return.

Somewhat disappointed

I booked club rooms and wasn’t too happy with the rooms themselves. The hotel needs some updating, there is no club lounge but we did get breakfast. The location is decent, it’s inside a business area, but an easy walk to the old town area.
