"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed."

"Staff was great, let us check in early after an 8 am landing into Zurich. Elevator in the smaller side but didn’t have to wait too long. Rooms were a little cramped and wish there were more fans. Also I know it ’s out of their control but the construction across the street starting promptly at 7 am was a bit much"

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
