Everything was wonderful! Check in online was straightforward and having the room key on your phone was handy! Shower curtain was slightly moldy but otherwise the place spotless! Great location and a great price!

I was very pleased the only thing is that they don't tell you that your room is not done daily. So clean towels and toilet paper is not available. But I have to give them extra.credit .during my stay they were having a heat wave and they were nice enough to get me a fan since hotels in Zurich dont have air-conditioning

The property is very clean and pretty. It’s very close to a bus stop. But, all the planes fly above it. Europe was having a heat wave and the room was extremely hot and they didn’t not have a fan after requesting several times one. It’s also very hard to get in touch with somebody. They also didn’t have a refrigerator. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s a self check-in process, so dropping off your bags before check-in likely isn’t an option—unfortunate for most travelers, frankly. Our room key code wasn’t useable til the 3pm check-in slot—which we didn’t get until we called the help number a few times. Other guests told us the same. That process could absolutely be smoother and more accommodating (something that would be, were there someone working at the counter in the lobby.) Overall—it’s a cheap, clean room with solid amenities, comfy beds and a larger bathroom than us 2 Americans expected. I’d stay again, but only because now we know about the check-in process.

Once you get past the self check-in, everything is nice, clean, and easy. To be fair the self check-in was easy as well, but new to me. Make sure to check your email for instructions. Would be nice if you can register on more than one phone for multiple guests. Plenty of parking across the street.

Room was not made (dirty bed sheets mess, dirty towels). As there is no reception, and phone number provided didn't work, took 2 hours to get a hold of somebody. As I only stayed for an overnight layover, it ruined my trip to Zurich. On the other hand, property was nice, bed was comfy and pillows were amazing. Short bus ride to the airport, and 3 stops using S7 train to city center.

The newly renovated suites are very spacious with a complete small Kitchen, dining corner and living room. Bedroom is separate from the living room & kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood with parking in front of the building. Tram station is 10 min walking distance.

All digital check-in, check-out and room key - no staff. Room was as expected with kitchen, dining room, small tv space, bedroom, changing room and bathroom. All were clean. Wife did not like that there were no decorations (wall or other decor) with monochromatic colors. Basic shopping and all types of restaurants within walking distance. About 10 minute walk to tram. Airport was $10 uber ride. Very functional but not beautiful.

Everything's great! I was worrying about my late check-in at midnight as it was stated no reception service would be provided after 22:00. Yet, the hotel staff provided me with clear self check-in instructions prior to my arrival, by completing an online form and receiving access key via an App. The room is spacious and clean. Please note it is nearby the airport, so you may hear airplane taking off since 6am just above you. Transportation is convenient! Thank you team!

I was 100% satisfied with my stay! This place is perfect for introverts or anyone who values peace and privacy. Check-in and check-out were instant and fully self-service, which made everything so convenient. The unit was spotless, with cleaning done perfectly upon request. It had everything I needed—stove, microwave, kettle, utensils, knife, and plenty of cabinets and storage space. The unit was spacious, and the dining area was just right for relaxing meals. The location is great too—just about a 15-minute walk from Glattbrugg station. There’s an elevator, and the building was very quiet, with respectful neighbors. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would definitely rebook if I get the chance to visit again!

We had a hard time to get checked in, there is nobody behind the check-in desk. The room was fantastic. We never saw any employee, we talked with someone whose phone number was provided. At 3.00 pm we got a check-in code from Expedia. We had no internet ourself. We live in the USA and it doesn’t work in Europe.
