Ich komme gerne wieder

Manwurde sehr freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr groß. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und hat alles enthalten, was ich gerne mag. Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkplätze, diese sind von 9Uhr bis 18Uhr kostenpflichtig - was auch kontrolliert wird.

Das Zimmer war ein Eiskeller. Wahrscheinlich mehrere Tage nicht geheizt. Die Heizkörper wurden nicht wirklich heiß, um das Zimmer auf Temperatur zu bringen. Alle Heizkörper standen auf 0. Das geht im Winter gar nicht.

Es wird auf die Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen, Fragen werden gern beantwortet und alle sind bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Es gibt kleine Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer- Wasserkocher mit Tee und Cappuccino sowie Gebirgswasser. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und angemessen.

Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück mit "richtigen" Brötchen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus auf öffentlichem Parkplatz für 6€ am Tag. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher und Wasserkaraffe auf dem Zimmer

Sehr nettes, sehr aufmerksames Personal,tolle Lage

Wie immer sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Toll dass ein Wasserkocher und Geschirr und Besteck im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, da ja zur Zeit noch immer kein Frühstück serviert wird. Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal. Komme gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage und schon kann es losgehen

Die Freundlichkeit des Chefs und des Personals machen einen Aufenthalt im Zittauer Hof mehr als angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Obwohl das Frühstücksbüffet aufgrund Corona derzeit nicht stattfinden darf, bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
