This hotel has been advertised as "close to airport and shuttle available". In truth, the hotel is 45 min away from the airport and there is no shuttle service. Due to the misleading information , I have missed my flight, had to pay for taxi. It cost me over $600 extra out of my pocket. I have been using hotels.com for over 6 years and have not had problems and they have been very accurate until now. I just want to make sure that nobody else faces the same problems what I did, because of untrue information. I think it would be fair if hotels.com compensated me for my loss and troubles.
Room was nice and was comfortable. They do not AC the lobby or Western restaurant evidently as I found eating (breakfast!) almost unbearable. Dripping sweat....fun. I would stay again at a different time of year but not mid summer.
On checkout they told me I owed for the full hotel stay even though I showed them my expedia receipt upon check in. One of the staff even told me he called expedia to confirm. Long story short, I refused to pay and they claimed a misunderstanding.
Good service even though we came in very late at night. This was the closest decent hotel to the factory. Breakfast was good. The only semi-complaint was the shower head leaking and not holding straight. I can live with that.
