"Luxurious. I stayed in 3 IHG hotels on this trip and all were well managed and operated. This is a 5-star for sure, BUT it is located in a developing area. "I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok.
