"PROS:
•It is incredibly located. Every spot I wanted to visit was close by. Very easy to find the way back too, you just need the name of the tram or train station...
•The staff are absolutely wonderful, without exception. They reflect the culture of the people of Prague, who are incredibly nice!
•The Hotel is beautifully maintained and there are 2 lifts. Even before a new lift is put in they work just fine.
•The place oozes charm and good taste in every nook and cranny. Stylish. Even a little Bose Bluetooth Speaker!
•The beds are super comfortable with soft duvets... I no longer take that fot granted!
CONS:
•The shower area is dark. No light fitting there. There could be a light in thr ceiling. The bathroom is otherwise very nice. •The bedside tables are a bit too small and too low for the bed. I fell off the bed putting off my alarm on Day 1 😂 •Breakfast is good, very good, if not up to the class I expected. Mostly cheese slices but if you requested Brie or Blue cheese, you'd get it. The cereal and accompanying yoghurt were 'okay'. It's basic but sufficient. •They perhaps need new lifts. The existing ones are old but they work perfectly, though slow • I cannot comment on the bar as I don't drink. It looks good though and doubles as a cafe, which has limited food but it's there.
*****! LOVELY place, VERY charming!"
"Very easy to get to from the main train station which in itself has a whole host of shops under the station itself. Well worth a look.. as for the hotel great place to base yourself . The hotel has a small pool, sauna and small gym all very useful to me
Oh in the room I had it had a dishwasher, washing machine and cooking facilities
Would definitely come back again"
"My first time in a completely digital hotel. No staff anywhere. It was a little weird and i much prefer to deal with humans, however everything worked out great for me to get into my room. The room was very nice and clean with my own bathroom. The location was great, right in the middle of Plagwitz. Cafés and shopping right by the hotel. Bars and nightlife down the street. Walking along the beautiful canal. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking but it was nice to have that as an option."
"Gutes solides Zimmer, waren eine Nacht dort. Lage direkt in einer Einkaufspassage, wer das sucht einfach super. Kaffee rund um die Uhr kostenlos verfügbar. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel."
"Very simple hotel but central and easy to find from the train station. The o ly think I didn't like wete the pillows but that's just me. If you are a light sleeper then don't get a room at the front of the hotel as it is right next to a tram stop and it can sound like a thunderstorm! I personally didn't mind it."
