"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

"Die Klospülung lief durchgehend, der Henkel des Seifenspenders war abgebrochen und die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat ihren Job leider verfehlt... das Frühstück war für 15€ wirklich unterirdisch, hier ruht man sich darauf aus, dass man einen See hinter dem Hotel hat aber Service und Ambiente ist für eine Nacht vielleicht ok, für mehrere Nächte würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. "It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!"
