Orbe Weekend

Hotel uses a virtual reception desk that may challenge some people. It worked for us although there was a slight I.T. glitch that we solved! Room was a good size, breakfast was traditional and adequate. Location suited as the bus shops were nearby.

À fuir. Salle de bain et chambre qui deviennent irrespirables à cause de l'activité illicite de chambres voisines. La réception à distance et aucun personnel anglophone/francophone sur place, ce qui a rendu les échanges difficiles et l'intervention longue en plus d'être peu efficace. Par ailleurs, le restaurant était fermé pour cause de travaux, ce que je n'ai appris qu'une fois sur place. La literie est fatiguée et la propreté de la salle de bain pas au rendez-vous. Certainement dans le top 3 de mes pires expériences d'hôtel.

On ne nous a pas attribué la chambre réservée! Elle ressemblait aux photos d’une chambre proposée sur le site moins cher… si j’avais voulu cela j’aurai pris la moins cher! Il était spécifié « vue sur la montagne » mais nous avons eu vu sur le parking. Quand j’ai essayé d’en faire part a la réception, l’un ne comprenait pas et l’autre affirmait que toutes les chambres étaient prises…alors pourquoi proposer sur le site ce type de chambre s’il n’y en a pas? La chambre convenait tout de même mais n’était pas celle attendue. Malgré le fait que la porte de la salle de bain était cassée et ne se fermait pas.

Der unpersönliche Check-in via Monitor mit schlechtem Sprachverständnis auf der Theke der Reception war ein unangenehmer Start in den Aufenthalt. Schade, denn ansonsten war die Unterkunft grundsätzlich gut. Negativ war auch, dass die Unterkunft vorab für Fragen weder per Telefon noch per Mail erreichbar war.

L’accueil s’est bien passé, par contre ma réservation Expédia n’avait pas été prise en compte. Néanmoins lors de mon séjour une personne de l’hôtel est entrée dans ma chambre avec son badge, c’est pas acceptable, elle voulait communiquer mais ne parlait ni Français ni Anglais, ce qui a rendu la situation difficile de compréhension. Par ailleurs un bruit de cloche très désagréable était présent en permanence, et impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre fermée (chaleur de +30 dégrées). Il faisait étouffant dans la chambre.

Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war eher mässig und nicht so wie auf den Fotos bei ebookers. Schlecht war auch, dass das Zimmer direkt neben dem Nachteingang war, wo immer die Türe schletzte.
