โรงแรมต้องขึ้นไปชั้น 6 ป้ายโรงแรมภาษาอังกฤษหาไม่เจอ อยู่ในที่ตึก Shanghai business hotel จองแบบพักคนเดียว แต่ได้ห้อง 3 เตียง สะอาดดี โดยรวมแล้วดี แต่เดินไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ ถ้ามาหลายคน แท็กซี่ ก็ได้อยู่

ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ที่พักไม่มีหน้าต่างได้ขั้นใต้ดิน พนักงานพูดอังกฤษไม่ได้ ที่พักใกล้ทางไปท่าเรือ shueisha แต่ไม่มีวิวติดทะเล The room is old, not clean on bath tub. No window and we stay on B1 floor which is dark and feel not secure. The staff can't speak English. The good is the location near Shueisha pier.

Nice location hotel
Nice location hotel with bathtub. Overall is ok for budget traveller. We miss breakfast coz we wake up late and we cannot ask for anything that we understand. If u want to see sunset no need to wake up too early in the morning as hotel lady tell you. We wake up 5.30 to see that and come back to sleep again then misss breakfast.

Good location in Sun Moon Lake
The hotel is about 5 mins walk from visitor center (bus station), good location, easy to travel around SML. The owner is friendly even she cannot speak English, but try to give us help as much as she can. Bed is quite soft which some may not like it, but overall is good for us.

老闆服務親切，實鏡跟預訂房照片百分百一樣，床很舒服，環境也很棒，早餐是西式餐點，也是好吃哦！服務人員也是親切的問候，臨近碼頭坐船到對面伊達很方便，飯店櫃檯也是有船票的零售服務，比在外買更便宜，期待下回的日月潭之旅，一定會再預定入住，大推👍👍👍～

員工和老闆娘是很親切，但是房間隔音太差，常傳來隔壁敲牆壁和跑來跑去聲音，早餐也太查，停車場太遠又要另外收費，整體讓人感覺不值得。

日月潭マラソンに参加するために宿泊しました。 ホテルというより、民宿みたいな雰囲気です。 従業員の方はとても親切です。 マラソンの当日は、朝が早いので朝ごはんをBOXに詰めてくれました。 パンが盛りだくさんでした マラソン後は、チェックアウト時間を過ぎていても、シャワー等を使用させてくれてとても助かりました （ただし、宿泊していた部屋ではなく、別の部屋です） 私の部屋は、赤の装飾やハートのクッションがおいてあり、かわいらしい感じを出そうと頑張った感がありました。 台湾の人は優しくて、ほんとありがたいです。

地理位置不錯，離老街、碼頭、步道、停車場都近。房間空間不大，特別是浴室很小。床太軟了，枕頭太硬，整晚睡的不是很好。早餐普通，還可以接受。整潔度還可以，房價偏貴，雖然是週六住宿，比平日漲一倍多。一晚假日的價格2000元以下較合理。

A bad experience for basement room
The family room that was given to me was located on the basement. There was no window for the room. On the way from the lobby to my room, I saw cartons of mineral water and big bags of bed sheet stored along the walkway. I was worried that if there was a fire, it would be difficult for my family to evacuate to safety. The room was too dim for family room.

サービスが良かったし、朝食も美味しかったです。次に日月潭に行く時もまたお世話になりたいです。 乗船場に近いから、午前中の観光がおわったら、昼寝してから、文武廟に行って夕焼けを楽しむことができます。

The Hotel calls itself "Modern Hotel" but the rooms generally are average with exception that the room had a whirlpool bath!! The bath is GREAT but the rest of the hotel is average compared with the actual and modern hotel eg across the street which costs the same as this hotel.

Hotel/Guest House Right Next to the Lake
My family and I booked two rooms and stayed 2 nights. Our stay was very pleasant while we were there. Some people might complain about the room sizes, but for us it was just fine. The hotel is actually a hotel and a guesthouse, so if you do experience the smaller rooms, you are probably in the guesthouse (which is just as fine). We experienced two types of bathrooms, The one in our room has a standalone shower, the other room had a "shoilet" which means the there is no division for the shower in the room. For people who have never been to Taiwan, these type of bathrooms can be surprising, but it's something that is common (so it was no surprise for us). The hotel staff was extremely friendly and did their best to help us in any capacity. They explained different fun things you can do around the Sun Moon Lake. There is also a simple breakfast in the morning, but it does the job and fills you up. Like the listing says, it really is right next to the lake. It's a 30 second walk down a hill and you're right at the dock where you get on the boats to go around the lake. The hotel is also is a very active area. Food, shopping, and other activities are also right next door, so you're never far from something to do. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we ever return we'd probably stay here again.
