"This is our third time staying here, each time for about 2 weeks, and we absolutely love it! Wonderful staff, lovely facility, and fantastic location, right next to a major train station, bus routes, taxi stand, and lots of shopping and restaurants. Absolutely great all around! I highly, highly recommend it!"

"Rooms were exceptionally clean with beautiful views of the city and bay. They are also quite large for Japan. (We had 2 King bed rooms.) housekeeping was also excellent! We had the daily breakfast which offered a nice selection of Japanese and Western dishes and service was excellent! In fact, every employee we encountered was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Yokohama. The Minatomirai station is close by and there are several restaurant and dining options close by."
