"The general manger was extremely welcoming and offered suggestions of places to visit in Yellowstone during our stay. The hotel was modern, clean and had great amenities. The fitness centre and hydro massage beds were amazing!"

"Cabin was nice enough. The girl that checked me in was not informative enough. She explained incorrectly. She also put us in a cabin that was dangerous for me as a handicapped person with two hip repacements. When I specifically told her I could not walk on ice. Other cabins were cleared. We had to have a young man clear it off. He did an excellent job. It should have been done way before we got there. I do understand that there might not been enough help. The virtual person on my phone was very proactive. We had a great time . I Love Yellowstone. Will be back. Thank you. The dining room was excellent with a very good waiter . The bathrooms inside need to be scrubbed with a Mr. Clean soft scrubby. They look dirty."

"Registration process was terrible. Staff told us to go to the wrong wing, gave us keys for the wrong room, and the room we ended up in wasn’t very clean. Staff in the dining room, bar, and throughout the hotel kept commenting on how no one knew what was going on (it was opening weekend). I understand bumps when getting up and running for the season but even something as simple as ordering extra toilet paper from housekeeping was complicated. Brendon and Stacy were very nice and helped smooth over some things. Eamon in the bar was also good. Food in the dining room was greatly over priced and the $52 cut of ribeye was poor quality. Not nearly enough parking spots for hotel guests. Overall, the building is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Hopefully the staff are more on the same page as the season goes on."

"Fantastic property with a lovely and helpul staff. Second year in a row we've stayed here. Beautiful views!! (I recommend the river view.) The parking is tight and not quite enough spots, but it sits on the river and is limited in space. Overall 5+ stars!! "

"I stayed for one night at the resort in one of the Aspen studio units. The unit itself was very clean and cozy. The staff i communicated with were very friendly and polite. I was on a road trip so I only stayed the one night, but I wish I had stayed longer! I would highly recommend this resort for anyone traveling through the area."

"I loved this hotel. It was so rustic and fun. The rooms were updated and so clean. Staff was so helpful. Breakfast had such a great selection and everything was served hot. Only two very minor issues. Toaster oven did not toast very well. I wish the mini fridge in the room had a freezer. However, these are just my little idiosyncratic preferences. I will choose to stay here again because it was so nice."
