I had a 22 day stay while visiting around Yangon. The best part about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that worked there was friendly and kind. That fact alone makes this a great place to stay. This was a 5 star stay at budget friendly prices.

High quality staff and amenities

This hotel can keep up with the Marriott Courtyard Brand. Similar architectures with large rooms, good views from all rooms, good AC, quiet. A large gym, pool, sauna, restaurant, and lounge. Friendly and helpful employees. The location is also fine.

New Hotel Downtown

This is a new hotel which just started operating 3 months ago. It is located along Strand Road. The front of the hotel is neat and clean. The room is nice and clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. It did not get enough of it. The service is excellent from reception to Kompote Lounge to Swimming Pool. The only thing that I am surprised and disappointed is the bedroom slippers. I am surprise such a nice hotel would provide this type of cheap looking bedroom slippers. It actually spoil the image. Luckily I brought my own bedroom slippers because I am used to wearing slippers in the room.
