Excellent Yangon hotel!!

We loved staying at prestige residence! We rented a 1 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! Room service was excellent and inexpensive. The rooftop pool was what sold us on the hotel and we weren’t disappointed! All of the staff from security to the front desk were helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back soon!

Our favorite Yangon hotel!

We spent a week here after quarantine restrictions lifted . The hotel was excellent! They have a lovely rooftop pool, a great workout center and an excellent breakfast buffet. All of the staff were wonderful! Thank you Prestige residence for a much needed holiday! We will be back!

A very good price/value, the rooms are big and the service is superb! Within walking distance there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The area is very safe. Prestige Residences at Golden Valley is highly recommended.

One night Stay at a Cozy Place

This is one of the rare local Hotel which serve nice buffet breakfast at top floor near beautiful sky pool with fantastic view of Shwedagon Pagoda. Locate at a quiet neighborhood. Hotel has apartment type rooms too but we stayed in a Premier deluxe room which was found to be larger than other hotels at same price. It was found to be quite impressive with 24/7 room service and a beautiful Sky pool, Gym and Underground parking. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers and long stay persons who love to stay peacefully.

The location is really quiet at night but still very very safe. So you can ensure a good nights sleep. The staff were really accomdating and friendly. Though the hotel space feels quite cramped but the room size is adequate. Reslly enjoyed my stay, it is quite a distance from the main attractions of Yangon but grab from the hotel is maximum of $3. While grabbing to airport is around $6. Not really much of an issue. And the neighbourhood is one of the best in Yangon.

Great hotel with family rooms

The family room we got was fantastic, super modern and clean with great view. Hotel pool is fantastic too, breakfast has very good choice. We were very satisfied and booked again. The second time we got even early check in at 5 am, which was great.

We stayed 3 nights at Prestige and were very happy with the service, condition of the hotel, and the location. It is very close to the pagoda and to the embassies which were our main locations during this visit. Grab is convenient to get to any where needed. The rooms are spacious and equipped for all our needs.

The rooms gave a spa like, 5 star , bath with super comfortable beds. This new property is located among embassies and mansions in gorgeous Golden Valley. The roof top pool deck area offers a stunning panoramic view including Shwedagon temple. The pool, although unheated is super clean and well maintained. The gym us small, but has the basics of a decent home gym. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, offering vegetarian, Western, Asian, and local favourites for every taste. The young staff is friendly and enthusiastic. We had a great, 2 week stay. All attractions, shopping and restaurants are a maximum of 5000 MNK away by taxi. A better hotel with a pool will cost you almost triple for what is on offer here. There are 2 floors of daily rooms. The other 4 floors are 1BR furnished, service suites which would are beautiful and modern, decorated in Grey's and darker wood grains. The bad? As it is a new hotel, you will be using your Google Maps to lead taxi drivers back to the hotel. Only 2 drivers in 2 weeks could find it on their own. Most expect you to guide them to the hotel claiming the do not have Google Maps installed, after telling you they know where the hotel is.
