A konbini and lots of restaurants meant great choice for food (including ice-cream!), the 15km route around the lake was good for a bike ride (bikes and scooters to hire from the hotel). The onsen was very relaxing. Plenty of parking and the staff were very helpful, friendly and fun - a great location all round."

"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji."

"Great location, beautiful home. Communication was excellent, the beds were comfortable. Great view of Fuji. My only concern would be the mold in the downstairs bathroom. Looks like an outside leak inside the walls coming through. I did notice a mold/musty smell from it and had a couple headaches while staying there. Either from the mold or the storm that came through."
